1. Food Grade Product Return Guidelines
Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations, edible natural products such as raw forest honey and infused herbal blends cannot be returned once delivered and opened.
2. Damaged or Tampered Shipments (100% Free Replacement)
If your order arrives damaged, broken in transit, or missing items, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement or process a complete refund.

3. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds for prepaid online transactions will be credited back to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days. For COD cancellations, store credit or direct bank transfer will be issued upon request.
